Evaluation
Students
will be evaluated via a Web Quest "Help or Harm" style quiz. Students will need to correctly identify three bacteria,
based on their growth characteristics on selective and differential media. In the “help or harm” style test, the goal is to help a
theoretical patient. Successfully identification the microorganisms based on their growth on selective or differential media will result in helping the patient.
Failure to ID the microorganism harm the patient and will result
in loss of points. Grading is subject to the following rubric:
